Ordered my food at 7:32. Did not get it until 8:32. Took so long a different dasher went to get it because the other one left. I ordered 2 foot longs and 2 sodas for me and my girlfriend. Way too long.
I came here to grab a quick sandwich for dinner on my way to work tonight and it was 7:57pm when I arrived. There was a sticker on the door showing their hours which said Saturdays 9:00am-9:00pm. When I got into the store there was already another gentleman inside ordering but as I walk up to order 1 6in sandwich the girl working looks at me and says we're closed already. Coming to this location for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and the the customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and the food was great! Will definitely be back!
Before we start, I have worked in the restaraunt/ hospitality industry for 10+ years. I’ve done fast food all the way up to fine dining. I understand the ins and the outs of the business and I’m not usually one to complain about things that are out of the hands of an employee. This subway is inside a gas station that’s connected to a Valvoline. I went to valvoline to get my oil changed and they said I had a 10-15 minute wait.
