Went to place an order for my crew and was advised they were not going to except my coupon code. They just lost a loyal customer we eat here often. The old manager Megan was always respectful and pleasant to order from this new guy needs some customer service training. I hope corporate sees this and does something fast. This is unacceptable 5 foot long subs they just lost for his service. Won’t be purchasing anything from subway tell this is addressed
I had the absolute BEST experience here! The woman working was so so so wonderful and kind and helpful. This will be our go-to location from now on.
My wife's order had mayonnaise put in it instead of honey mustard and was very disappointed that the online order was very clear and it got messed up
