I dropped in for a sandwich as one does walking into a subway. It seemed like the person making the sandwich was fairly new, she asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted I told her I needed to skip that now since it had taken a little longer than expected and I watched my bus drive up. Her coworker an older woman was immediately combative, I wasn't trying to be hostile just, I was just trying to explain my situation. Christy is an amazing manager and does her very best to make sure every customer is satisfied. I’ve been in line before and she has a very positive attitude she’s quick on the line and makes the experience wonderful.
Food is great but the customer service from the lady that wears glasses kinda comes off a little unfriendly to be honest.
Terrible terrible terrible. I came in at 420 roughly on a Friday afternoon, I was in a rush, this dude couldn’t get a single thing right, I spent $9 on my sandwich and threw it away. I make minimum wage, so that’s a lot to me.
