Terrible experience – avoid this location. I’ve loved Subway since high school because you can customize your sandwich. But at this restaurant, that’s not the case. As many reviews mentioned, the manager “Mara” is extremely stingy with ingredients. I asked for extra jalapeños on my tuna sandwich, and she said the limit is 4, max 8—counting each piece. Workers talking amongst them selves for 10 minutes telling customers they will be with us sooon.
The girl was on the phone the “entire time”she must’ve had earbuds in Her ears. The entire time from the bread to the register ringing me up she was on the phone with somebody. She also spoke Spanish and had a heavy accent and I really couldn’t understand her. And when I got home, sat down to eat she put stuff in my sandwich that I didn’t even ask for. This subway is in Walmart La Habra on Beach Boulevard. I went in there tonight on Friday, February 21 about 4:30 PM
Unfriendly staff, rude I asked for something to drink (a water cup) and they refused to me give me one. Saying they didn't had one had I saw a worker drinking from one
