**Updated** This subway is under new ownership & management! The neighborhood missed this location after it shutdown during the transition we are happy that it opened back up. Elvia is the new manager and is customer service oriented which is a welcomed change. I only hope they start scheduling more help almost every time I come in there is one person trying to keep up with a steady line of hungry customers. This location has a new owner and new staff, it really shows in everything they do. I highly recommend giving them a chance. It's a night and day difference now vs a couple of years ago. The manager and staff are fantastic in their customer service, the store is clean, the ingredients are in stock and fresh, they follow the menu properly and are the friendliest people. Very fast service and it's a place I don't mind sitting down for lunch at.
Temporary store hours posted on all doors show closing at 8:00, went in at 4:45 and was told they were closed. Mopping the floor with another two behind the counter. Doors were unlocked. A simple sign on the door or have the door locked might have worked better.
Just went into this location after it reopened under new ownership. The girl who helped me was SO sweet. She was busy with online orders but her customer service was great. She mentioned she hadn't worked there very long but I hope she gets kudos from management. ❤️
