Look at the toilet
I wanted a sandwich! Happy to wait however, when 1 employee is working on online orders and one employee is doing whatever in the back and 3 customers are waiting to order-be helped, there is a huge disconnect in what’s most important. You lost my order and my respect for your establishment. There are a lot of places to choose from and I’m sorry you won’t be one of them anymore.
I ordered pick up at 4:55pm and I arrived at 530. They advised that I didn’t order anything but then when I gave my last name they said they gave my order to some other person. That was absolutely ridiculous and I got no apology. That is the worse customer service I’ve ever received. No greeting, no apology, and they gave my food away. So I had to wait for a new one remade but the entire point was to pick up express.
Every time I order from this Subway Online they do not toast my sandwich. Even when I put it in the comments too. Today, was the last straw, because when I tried to curbside pick up my order, I called when I got there. There was no one in the store, but I called three times, and recieved no answer. I ordered online and the app did not give me my full discount with my code. I still paid and my husband picked up our order. When we got home this was what I opened up. My husbands sandwich is dripping wet and soggy. I ordered it drier so he could save it for lunch the next day, but it’s not even edible tonight. Even the paper is soaked and falling apart.
