Bro why does the employee made another customer sandwich touching meat, and then continues to touch the veggies. Then continues to try to make my sandwich with the same gloves! I am a vegetarian!! Talk about cross contamination!!
I have been to every subway around Jackson. The one in Florence with new management should be shut down. Quit training your employees to give bread as a meal. I couldn't believe the dot of tuna they put the other day, so now I have to drive further for an actual sand. Subway is too expensive to be ripping people off and I never give stars
Placed online order when I arrived to pick up just after 9 PM one customer is waking up pulling on a locked door, the open sign is turned off, no food on the make line, worker inside is vacuuming floor and didn’t even acknowledge the customer knocking on the door. Apparently they close at 9 and can’t afford to change the hours on the window, google, or their own app. Now I get to fight with corporate to get a refund since they wouldn’t even answer the phone it just kept telling me to call the number on the back of gift card ... read more
