So we pull up the employee (he) was outside smoking and we let him go inside and he waiting by the kitchen door to see if we’d come in, we come in and he walks behind the kitchen and the first thing he does is walk past the sink not washing his hands, we said hello how are you and his response “ what can I get you “ we immediately left. The store was dirty and customer service is horrible. Someone need to call the Owner or better yet the Health Department!!!

I placed an order on the app for a certain time. It wasn’t ready when my mom arrived to pick it up. The location has a curbside sign and she had my infant son with her (she tried to call to verify the staff would bring the order out and that it was going to be ready but they never answered) so she went outside to wait. We spoke to someone who was in the store and then went to the same school to have lunch with their child and said the staff were laughing while talking amongst each other about how long my mom would wait befor... read more
