Lady making the subs today was so rude. Not the first time. She wears her hair in braids if anyone reads this
Where to start? I don't want to be rude, but I'm utterly shocked at my experience here today. I do hope the district manager reads these reviews, I would be most happy to share my video recording with them. Unfortunately I've never had anything good from this particular location. My recent visit... as I pulled up a subway employee was finishing a cigarette, we got out and we're a few steps behind her as she went in. Even though she put on gloves, she DID NOT wash her hands. Gross!! I ordered a meatball sub with extra meatballs. Some of the meatballs had this kind of crunchy skin on part of them that suggests not only were they not stirred to keep this from happening but had been sitting there way to long. I order online and food is ready when it’s supposed to be. Never had an issue at this location. Where the one in Walmart I have nothing but issues from employees being rude to stale bread and food not being made when I order ahead. This location employees look happier and never had been rude
