The older lady that works at night, rude as usual. We walk in and she said “ I have to make these other orders first and it’s gonna be 45 minutes before I’m done and by then I’ll be closed. “ She turned away a lady before us, and 2 people after us. She’s always rude and I understand she has online orders so we all get turned away? Why is she working alone if it’s that busy?
Lady making the subs today was so rude. Not the first time. She wears her hair in braids if anyone reads this
Where to start? I don't want to be rude, but I'm utterly shocked at my experience here today. I do hope the district manager reads these reviews, I would be most happy to share my video recording with them. As someone who works in customer service, and management I am honestly bewildered at my experience today. Unfortunately I've never had anything good from this particular location. My recent visit... as I pulled up a subway employee was finishing a cigarette, we got out and we're a few steps behind her as she went in. Even though she put on gloves, she DID NOT wash her hands. Gross!! I ordered a meatball sub with extra meatballs. Some of the meatballs had this kind of crunchy skin on part of them that suggests not only were they not stirred to keep this from happening but had been sitting there way to long.
