Omg! Subway has fallen! I wish I could report better news but Dayton Ohio subways have gotten worse by the day. Yes, they’re advertisement game is on point. Yes they have a pretty brick and mortar but when I tell you talking to customer service and the food is almost like eating out of a vending machine it’s crazy. I ordered two sandwiches through the mobile app and they were the most flat sandwiches on the planet, and I literally put more for each veggie… I was wondering why my bag felt so late. I wish I would’ve checked it before I walked out.
Delicious sandwiches and great service. The wonderful workers had to deal with a rude customer right ahead of me and handled it very professionally and then maintained a good mood and treated me very well and made me feel welcome.
