I ordered online pickup. Prior to going to the location I got a call that they were out of THREE items in my order. (Which I asked to substitute) When I got there to pickup, there wasn’t an employee in sight. Got home and the sandwich was missing two more things besides what they were already “out of stock” in, and the bread was burned beyond being edible. This location lacks oversight, and the management needs to be replaced.
The epitome of a carefree Franchise without quality control or standards; allowing an Out of Order Subway operation where the welcome greeting is replaced with an announcement of outages as customers enters. Extended & semi-Permanent outages of main ingredients, including several Veggies... Bread... in addition to a repeatedly Broken Toasters. Shame on Subway to allow such substandard operator to abuse customers with such disservice without recourse. Bankruptcy is in your destiny.
The staff is always great but why is there never any bread? They are consistently out of most of the options and then usually out of a couple of the meat options.
This young man was friendly well groomed.,polite store was clean and a big pluse so was employees uniform.
