I brought a coupon for a large sub meal for 9.99. Owner of this subway would not take it because I got a club. He told my friend that we could not get double meat which I did not. He took my friend's coupon for a small sub with ham and turkey. He told us by taking coupon, it was taking money out of his pocket! Needless to say, I will not be going back to this one. Very rude coupon said what you could not order she only give us 3 choices and said that's all we do here. Should have went to Jimmy John's
Very poor made sandwiches. Staff put the smallest amount of meat I’ve seen in any sandwich shop.
I got a pretzel and she burnt it.
Made an online order and got there and lady said that she had changed the bread to a random one cause she didn’t have one available instead of calling me or asking me when I got there. Bread tasted stale and cookies were sitting out for a long time. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she couldn’t contact them. She was an Indian lady with black hair. Very rude. Tried to take my whole order after I asked for one sub to be remade.
