I was using the app and the app messed up and my order never went through but took out of my bank and the worker called the manager and had her look to see if my name was there with my order and it wasn't. I had her ask her manager to see if I can get my two subs that was meals for free because the app messed up and I was told no and all they could offer was a free coupon for a free 6 in and I explain to her that mine was 2 foot longs that was meals with the discount that was offer in the app. not vary happy with this store ... read more
My family came into this subway at 10:35 pm (they close at 11pm) the guy that made our order acted very annoyed and put out. When he cut my sub in half most of the vegetables came out of the sub, instead of putting them back into the sub he threw it all away. I lost pretty much all the vegetables and most of the avocado. This subway used to be a really good one. Sad to see it going downhill.
Every. Single. Time... every time we order food through the app, for the online only deals, they mess up our order. Every time. It's crazy. I don't get it..... I have never had a single issue with the Fremont location.

Sub bun was tough and dry ! The station they make subs from was not very clean .A reminder of why I don’t visit subway more often .
