I was shorted my chips and instead of them fixing the issue they argued with us. I highly suggest the owner of this Subway get in there ASAP! They are running the place into the ground
So my complaint is not about me not allowed to have extra black olives (I have even offered to pay extra) completely denied but they completely messed up the order last time and have had horrible service the last 3 times prior to an apparent black olives shortage after 20+ years of ordering the same sub. I am not sure if management changed or what but the service has gone down hill. I used to drive all the way into town to get that subway, when I live closer to the one at the marathon gas station but no more.
Ordered and paid for 3 cookies and got only 2
If you are looking to eat here you have a better chance on going somewhere else for the reason I give it a one is the reason I couldn’t give it a zero the sandwich I ordered for my wife and me today for online pick up was child’s play, vegetables weren’t inside the sandwiches and sauces were drenched both sandwiches. I ordered pick up today. There was a male n female working around 1:30p 4/19/26. Let me tell you if you have a job and you hate it…then quit. Our sandwiches were as if a child put them together. I mean the amount of sauce they put DRENCHED the bread which made them sloppy as heck. We did not ask for extra sauce and if this amount is “normal” to this person then retraining is HIGHLY SUGGESTED. We will not be returning to this location.
