I wrote about the wrong subway before if you can see it haha, this one is good I stop by after shopping just a lot of people when I usually go in.
I ordered online to pick up and waited approximately 25 minutes passed my pick up time. I stood there in the store (which ill admit looked busy) but they kept taking every walk in without even looking at online orders. I guess thats their policy here. I could have received very quick service if i stood in the line with the walk ins. The girl doing sandwiches was very rude. She shouldn't be working customer service. The gentleman helping her was extremely kind. Neither was wearing a name badge of any kind.
First time coming here I love the atmosphere great customer service. They made my sandwich to perfection. Everything was nice and clean. I ordered the BMT sandwich foot-long we got a turkey ham foot-long and a steak foot-long and they made it to perfection. You guys really recommend you come and check them out.
I was getting ready to order a sandwich and a young lady who was making it had blue eyes and blonde hair, she had a booger, and I of course told her and she wiped it with her hand and tried to proceed to make my sandwich. I walked out.
I had the worst experience at this Subway. I went in to pick up my order, only to be told they had already given it away to someone else. Instead of fixing the mistake quickly, they took forever to remake it. What made it even more frustrating was that the staff kept stopping in the middle of my order to chat with each other and even started restocking condiments while I was still waiting.
