I came into that establishment looking for a delicious sandwich. I understand it was a tad late,but I was greeted by a rude person, with a mask on. He had no way of charging me for extra black olives. I was dumb founded. I gave away the meatball sandwich, and Italian sandwich. I have no intention of returning to you all..
I just want to start by saying thank you to the regional manager and especially to the store manger. She fix my problem as soon as she heard about it. She went above and beyond on fixing it and we sure do appreciate what she did for us. Again thanks for taking care of us.
Had my husband go in to pick me up a sandwich since I’m pregnant and had a craving. I love A LOT of olives on my sandwich and am always more than happy to pay extra if I have to. The stingy manager, Betty, wasn’t willing to put extra because “they only have one bag of olives they can go through in a day”. Cutting people off because you don’t know how to order inventory or are too lazy to is a joke. You can easily accommodate me asking for only half the meat, but can’t put extra olives.
