Lady started fighting with me about ranch sauce as if she pays for it or it comes out her check. I told her I’d pay for it since it was an issue. She is a racist and called me racist slurs. Please fire people like this. It is Christmas holiday I went in for a sub and had to tell her to return my food due to how rude she was to me and how she wouldn’t make my sandwich as I wanted it. Extremely rude and bad customer service, plus when I got home my sandwich had NO SAUCES AT ALL, it DRY!!! Even though I asked for dressing on both sandwiches. The girl upfront asked me to pay while she finished, that’s why I didn’t notice, but I got home and noticed a completely dry sandwich. If they continue to have this horrible service, I hope they close this location.
