Monica was very rude to my friends and i when we tried ordering our subs. She rushed us, had a very bad attitude and stared blatantly at us.
The team upfront is great, friendly and remembers my order. But there is one employee who is always making mistakes and sometimes rude. The team cohesiveness is struggling and you can tell they don't want to be around it. In the last day word has spreade that management moved a great team player to another store. This isn't for subway it's for Starbucks. They gave my the wrong order smh
