I ordered on the subway app, and it stated my orders were ready, so having to wait inside the store an additional 20 to 30 minutes is ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency by the staff. I placed the 2 orders before I went inside HEB on 211 and potranco at 3pm. I was able to shop, check out, load my vehicle, drive there, AND still have to wait more. Did not get my orders until 4 pm or after. Makes no sense. The young lady JJ did apologize when done but too late at this point. Then get home half the orders are wrong. Will n... read more
