I ordered on the subway app, and it stated my orders were ready, so having to wait inside the store an additional 20 to 30 minutes is ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency by the staff. I placed the 2 orders before I went inside HEB on 211 and potranco at 3pm. I was able to shop, check out, load my vehicle, drive there, AND still have to wait more. Stop by here for a quick sandwich. Everything was clean and fresh. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly.
The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. Employees rarely greet customers and often come across as unfriendly, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It feels like there’s a lack of genuine customer care. The establishment would benefit from hiring and training staff who are more attentive, courteous, and committed to providing a positive dining experience.
