So we order our food online and its our pick up time and when we arrived the food wasnt even started then im told the Italian bread isnt even available which they didnt even call us to let us know or even cancel order and now we've been trying to reach the manager and no one seems to answer the phone and also the one time I did get someone he hung up on us

They lie they don't answer the phones the serve hard as rock bread at night they have employees that tell people they are not qualified to resolve the situation there manager the new manager lies to the employees and tells them that he will come back at night and never did this store needs to shut down and they need to hire better staff have been told manager will be there from 7 to 3 today I have called non stop today and all I get is we cant answer the phone nonstop

Recently had one of my worst experiences at a subway here i would call out the employees name but they were not wearing their employee name tag.
