Got there 35 minutes before close on 03/11/26 and all of the food was already put away and the cash was being counted. My husband and I didn’t get served. I understand if we came in 5/10 mins before close but 35!? The employees were very condescending about it. Again I’m the first person to understand having a hard day and wanting to go home early, but there’s no excuse for not serving customers 35 minutes before close then laughing them off. I've been going to subway for 30 years. I've only ever had two subs. The cold cut combo and the steak. This time, I went to this location and ordered my usual. Except the portion was unusual. The girl, who looked like a teenager put 1 slice of each of the 3 meats on my sub and then started with the toppings. I googled cold cut combo so she could see what it should look like and she kept saying she wasn't sure. I'm unsure what that means but I'm astonished. Needless to say, I'll never be back.
Always great service and the food is good. Please bring back the chicken salad
