Two employees behind the counter mocked my special needs child. We called the manager below. Her response was, “I just don’t believe my employees would do that. They need to fire her as well as the sammich making parasites behind the counter.
The pizza has an inconsistent taste either it okay or taste like metal
I went in with my 4 year old granddaughter. We were the only ones in line (they were not busy). I ordered her a pizza and an icee. The icee lid was not put on right and it popped off spilling on me and her. Then, when we got home and opened the pizza, it was burnt and could not be eaten. To make things worse, I filled out the complaint form on the Subway site. The young girl has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a restaurant setting, not to mention she cut herself and kept assembling my sandwich with visible blood on her hand. Needs better management imo.
