I ordered four footlong subs the same way. When I saved my children all the subs had mayonnaise which my children don't like. I had requested to put honey mustard instead of mayonnaise. I tried calling Subway I was unsuccessful because I was directed to answer right away with no option to leave a voice mail because voice mail is full. My children did not eat anything and I couldn't return right away because I had to go to work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at the Subway on Castroville Road at Las Palmas! Tomas and Jayla were absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made my visit really enjoyable and provided excellent customer service. Thank you both for being so wonderful! Zero customer service. No greeting. Hid in the back when she saw me walk in. Stood at the counter, glancing at me but looked away when I tried to make eye contact. Zero response from her. She continued side work by the fridge. I left. How rude

I don’t not recommend going to any subway restaurants because they are all the same way and there food is not fresh and cooked properly and the employees are all mean and rude and disrespectful and not only that I went to this location at last pamas by heb and Castroville and They completely met my order up and charged me extra. When I pacifically said do you offer military discount and the workers said yes. And still decided to charge me extra and never acknowledged my service and said thank you so I will never be going bac... read more
