Didn't accept my coupon I got from subway in the mail, it was valid and within date. Had to pay over $20 instead of 12.
Person behind the counter had an earpod in and was too busy talking to someone other than me as I placed my order and she made my food. So of course my food wasn't correct because she was not paying attention to what I was saying. I wanted the grilled chicken for my salad and shredded cheddar cheese. No cheese and received the shredded chicken. Prep area was very clean.

Store was clean, workers were quick, issues my sub was toasted automatically without asking, workers were talking to each other and only stopped to hear what you wanted and moved back into their convo
