I have never been so disrespected before. In my life period I've been trying for the last 5 days to speak with a manager every single day I've been getting the runaround and told that there's not a manager there to override a remake. I wasn't even asking for a refund. Hold on to the sandwiches and when I finally spoke with the store manager, he was very rude and hung up in my face. I walked in and it seemed that the employees were miserable, terrible customer service not even a “ welcome to subway “ or “ welcome in “. I ordered extra ranch on my sandwich and it looks like there’s NONE, I explained to the guy employee over the phone and he said store policy is 2 lines and that he put 2 lines, I get it but it looks like there’s NONE & didn’t offer to resolve the issue. Just terrible.
This is my Subway. I come at least 3 times a month. Had my first issue with the staff. Next day I talked to the Manager Tony. He was extremely professional, listen to my side and shared his fairly and we understood each other. I appreciate the time he gave me and made me feel valued again as a customer. Thank you Tony for your great example to others in your position!

Really foo?! You guys are costing me money, wasting my money, wasting my time, wasting my efforts, wasting my gas, putting miles on my car for nothing. Get it together! I was supposed to pick up a delivery that never went through. If you stop taking online orders at 2:30 then the restaurant should close at 2:30. I don't know who thought this would be a good idea but this is stupid. Not going to tolerate incompetence and irresponsibility or ignorance. Again GET IT TOGETHER!
