Tony the manager questioned me as if his life depended on it regarding a sandwich that turned out to be mush.. I threw receipt away paid cash and according to Tony than that purchase didn't happen he went as far as to look at cameras. Customer is always right especially when I told him and never deterred from my explanation. I felt like he was accusing me of lying And thy is no way near palo alto location
Asked for extra Parmesan extra marinara sauce toasted and I did not get any of it...ordered online should've went in and made them do it but was pressed for time only had 30 min lunch break.
Online order was made wrong. I ordered extra spinach on 2 sandwhiches. Both were very thin and squished. Forgot our sodas and chips fpr online order. Literally doesnt answer their phone to make it right. Had to drive back to the store and they were dismissive.
I have never been so disrespected before. In my life period I've been trying for the last 5 days to speak with a manager every single day I've been getting the runaround and told that there's not a manager there to override a remake. I wasn't even asking for a refund. Hold on to the sandwiches and when I finally spoke with the store manager, he was very rude and hung up in my face.
