We ordered some subs for dinner through their app to be ready for pickup. When we went to pick up the doors were locked, lights were on but nobody was there. I called but received no answer. We waited 15 minutes and nothing. I went through their website to file a complaint and got an email stating it had been resolved ( I received no communication, food, or refund). Sunday at 6pm, told they ran out of bread and it will be at least 45 minutes to prep the bread before they can bake it? Need some better planning at this restaurant, a sub shop with no bread?
If could give less i would. Never in my life have i ordered so many times from a place and my order is never complete. Can the staff not read or follow an internet order? Do they need re training and learn how to speak to people. I order delivery and the delivery is incomplete for the 5th time. No drink no chips. I call the store and their solution come get it. After I've paid a delivery fee, a service fee a tip you still screw up the order and offer no solution for your mistake. Subway needs to close this store or do better
After a bad incident a year ago I haven’t been back to this awful location until today. Ordered on the app and got home and the sandwich has the wrong bread, no tomato, no mayo. What a joke.
This Subway sucks!! They are always out of everything!! And they can’t seem to hold on to a decent staff!! This location either needs to step up or get the hell out!
