So I walked up to the counter and the blonde with dark roots and bob working at 1230pm immediately says it'll be a 15min wait, I asked why, she said "I'm making 3 sandwiches." I left, because if shes not wanting to work, I dont want her making my sandwiches! I am thinking well you're a sandwich shop so that's what you're supposed to do, so it takes 15 minutes to make three sandwiches? That's just ridiculous- there was no one in line or anything! The Porter's Neck location is my favorite Subway to frequent. Jack is always so kind and courteous which always makes the experience much more pleasant! Highly recommend this spot!!
Very rude employees and the manager is the worst.
I went in and ordered a sub and the sandwich maker (he said his name was John) made a sandwich for me. I couldn't see the sandwich or the meats that he was placing on the sandwich based on how the station is setup. Once he toasted the sandwich and was going to add additional toppings I noticed that it was the wrong meats on the sub. John stated that I requested a subway melt and that was not the sub that I wanted .
