Not sure what the point is of ordering through the app, if they don’t make it until after they’ve helped all the Walk In customers. Twice I’ve placed mobile order with the estimated time of 15 min pick up time, once there they still hadn’t made my order, and helped all the walk in customers first.
Walked in & immediately was approached with attitude. We tried to greet her & make small conversation & she ignored us. When she slammed the bread on the counter we decided to cancel our order & left.
I’ve been here three times now with coupons and the same cashier refuses to scan them because it’s too much work, after she explicitly tells me I can use them. The only reason I come in is because I have coupons. Never going back, it’s very frustrating. Francis is lovely, it’s the other lady who doesn’t care. I’m big mad. Screw this subway. Never going back
