It took me 30 minutes to get to subway for a pickup and guess what the order is NOT READY
Well… I was in subway this morning for my lunch and I returned for my husband’s dinner. This morning around 10:30-11:00ish I walked in with one person in line… the store manager was struggling, she was the only one in the store with limited items to serve. Great attitude. Just watched as every customer including me walked out. Looked like a bomb went off on the food prep line with every single ingredient cross contaminated and piles of food debris on the cutting board. They were out of almost every meat and only had 6 loaves of bread left in the building. Employee would slide a sandwich and wrapper down the line creating a pile of food waste like a bulldozer with it falling off the sides onto the floor or in the other food bins. One person working at lunchtime is a really bad business strategy. Ordered online 1210. At 101 order is still not ready. Order arrived and wasn’t even right. I will not visit this location again.
Every time I go here the experience gets worse and worse. Employees that obviously don’t want to be there. Always out of multiple things. I always order the same sandwich and it is the most inconsistent quality. Slow. Dirty. And they never ring up my order right the first try.
