Employee was extremely rude. This after sending just the drink for my delivery order instead of letting me know that they were out of the meat I ordered.
Great food and service. The price is ridiculous. Nearly $29 for a foot long and a wrap. No chips or drinks. Just the sandwiches.
So I've been eating at this subway for a very long time and never had any issues. But recently I've been using the app to order my lunch, whereas previously I normally go to store to watch food being prepared. We'll there was a new older gentleman recently started working in there and the 1st time I saw him was Tuesday, May 27th. He handed me my order when I picked it up for lunch. If I could give this a zero star I would. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. My husband and I walked in today and the worker was sitting in a booth on his phone not getting up for about 20 seconds. He never greeted us and was very rude. He made it seem like we were inconveniencing him the entire time. He also seemed unkept and had dandruff on his shirt.
