Came in worker was asleep in lobby.Woke up and never acknowledged me.Walked behind counter.Didnt wash hands and just looked at me.Finally he says you want a sandwich?Horrible experience.Wouldnt shop here again.Needs staff training,manager training or both.Too good of a product for such poor service.Sorry I had to give any stars!!
This location is disgusting and I will never eat there again. Not only is the service from those 2 older men not good but the food was horrendous. I got a wrap and it was cut in half with a knife that clearly had mustard on it and I don’t eat mustard nor had it on my wrap. Also got a cookie and it was hard as a rock. I’m super disappointed.
Before you make plans to order from here, make sure they are open. Wednesdays it says they’re open until 8:30 pm, don’t believe it. At 7:49 pm, the guy at the counter was turning customers away saying he’s about to close. This has been a constant problem with this location. I stopped coming to this one because you never know when they’re open and you just don’t know what kind of customer service you’ll get. Employee was extremely rude. This after sending just the drink for my delivery order instead of letting me know that they were out of the meat I ordered.
Great food and service. The price is ridiculous. Nearly $29 for a foot long and a wrap. No chips or drinks. Just the sandwiches.
