Omg I’ve never received such bad customer service in my life!! The old man refused to treat me because I told him he was rude. I called back to ask for a manager, he proceeded to tell me he was the manager and hung up in my face on that call. I will NEVER go to this place again. He’s too old to act like this with customers and I pray he gets him wiry his anger issues 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Male workers ate ride, dont change tgeir gloves and food counters where sandwiches are made are not clean.
August is a phenomenal worker with wonderful customer service! Every time my husband comes in to order food he knows his order without him having to tell him! And he always makes our orders perfectly! definitely a good place
Came in worker was asleep in lobby.Woke up and never acknowledged me.Walked behind counter.Didnt wash hands and just looked at me.Finally he says you want a sandwich?Horrible experience.Wouldnt shop here again.Needs staff training,manager training or both.Too good of a product for such poor service.Sorry I had to give any stars!!
This location is disgusting and I will never eat there again. Not only is the service from those 2 older men not good but the food was horrendous. I got a wrap and it was cut in half with a knife that clearly had mustard on it and I don’t eat mustard nor had it on my wrap. Also got a cookie and it was hard as a rock. I’m super disappointed.
