We usually don’t have high expectations when going to Subway, but the customer service today was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The green-haired girl was rude and impolite throughout the entire interaction. She ripped the bread while making the sandwich, and I had to repeat myself multiple times about what I wanted. She was unfriendly the entire time and made the whole experience very unpleasant. Walked in at 6:35 pm, ordered a pizza, young man with glasses replied “we’re not making them right now” and didn’t give a reason - refused service. 7-9-26
I walked in on an extremely busy day, I mean these boys were SLAMMED. Still adhered to everything I needed, quick but efficient. Props to you guys, I've worked subway before and can't say I would have done as good under pressure.
