Ordered a online meal with my sub and for some reason, it did not give me the meal price i chose 2 cookies instead of chips. For the past year the customer service has been awful, but within the last 6 months it has gotten significantly worse. The lady that assisted with my order huffed and puffed like I was a bother to the restaurant, and it was not even a busy time. I was the only person in there. She treated me like I was less than human. This will be my last visit, I will go eat at a sit down restaurant before I visited again.
My husband went in to subway today on 09/28/2026 @3:45 pm and he said the people who was making the sandwiches were mad and angry and slamming sandwiches down and slamming bread dough into ovens. Poor customer service,my husband says they should all be fired!!
