We are sorely disappointed that management has decided that only one employee is needed to run the restaurant at a time. I’ve never seen any restaurant run by one employee and stay in business. This is a horrible mistake by management. One employee to fulfill mobile orders, walk-in orders, baking bread and cookies, ringing up the orders, taking payment, and slicing the meat.
