I’m reporting one of your employees that was very unprofessional and hostile towards me when I was at the Subway location at the Hoke Road Plaza, Clayton, OH 45322 on July 3, 2026 around 7pm. I had placed my order online and had went into Subway to watch my order being made to make sure that it was correct in a polite manner. The worker who was making my sub was an Indian lady. Terrible subway franchise, everything was cold , and expired veggies
This subway use to be amazing years ago. However it has declined dramatically. I started to go in and check out the meats before I committed to having a sub made just because of the cross contamination I was witnessing to see if it was worth eating. Come back a month later to see if they had fixed the issue and if it was worth eating at only to see they now put up a screen so that customers can't see the food before they ask for it to be made.
