I ordered pickup, two foot longs. I get in the store when the app says it's ready, and it's another 20 minute wait. I paid extra for extra veggies on one sandwhich, and didn't receive the extra. My whole 2nd footlong had just bell peppers, no sauce, I had lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, jalepenos and more. Just bell peppers, no sauce at all. Store would not answer the phone when I was calling for a replacement or refund.
As always, they service when they feel like it and close when they feel like it. Sometimes they take cards, sometimes they don't. I can't even say it's got or miss with this particular location... it's easy more miss than anything else. I have been outside for 10+minutes. Light still on. Sign still says open. Door locked. I finally knocked, and the employee looked around the corner then went back. I knocked again, and she turned the lights out. This is not new. They really need to stop hiring young people here. The service will and always be horrible!!!! I mean good lord ! It’s just horrible service all around
