I have no idea why the service here in so horrible. Its as if they are mad at you for coming here and not going some place else and making them have to do something. One employee was sweeping the floor came to make my sandwich I asked her could she wash her hands 1st and the attitude I got back was wild, I just walked away

They Did not Heat my Baja pocket correctly they did not use a tray to heat the chicken and cheese up instead they heated the whole wrap up resulting into this

I’ve been eating Subway for years, and honestly, it’s disappointing to see how much the overall quality has gone downhill compared to what it used to be. This visit was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was genuinely nice. The staff was polite, patient, and made the sandwich exactly how I asked, which I do appreciate. This subway is terrible. The younger person has an ok attitude, but the supervisor Yami or whatever her name is has an extremely poor attitude and doesn't know how to talk with people. My receipt added a tip, and when I said, hey I didnt add a tip, she said, 'oh, it tells you on the screen, you have to read before you pay'. Yeah, I did read, and it didn't ask me about a tip at the time. It simply told me my total. Also, they dont open on Sunday's at the correct time. Very poor quality store. I wish it was a McDonald's!
