The lady who closes often - I believe her name was Vrinda ? Or something similar. She’s amazing - she is always so kind and serves with a smile no matter when we come in. We always come to this location :)
I recently place an order online and the money pulled out of my bank but, I didn’t receive a confirmation. I called the store like other patrons have and was meet with an unprofessional worker, and then later an unprofessional franchise owner. The first employee hung up on me. I happened to also record the conversation between me and the owner who stated “well she was very busy” as an “excuse” for blatant disrespect.
