I was trying to do an order online using a coupon but the system didn’t work. I went to the Subway store in Poinciana and I talked with Shanice and she helped me very kindly. I was mad because I couldn’t make my order online but thanks to her I was able to place my order, and she validated the coupon in the store. I really appreciate her service and kindness because she's a great employee. Thank you Shanice!
Idk who is running this place but keep it up! I stopped eating at Subway because the quality of the food and cleanliness of the locations I visited. I tried this one on a whim and wasn't disappointed. Fresh food, good service and it was clean.
Shaneisha (I apologize if i butchered the spelling) was incredibly helpful and sweet to me when buying at this subway. Her customer service made my visit a very pleasant experience :)

I was extremely satisfied with my service and with the atmosphere provided by the workers, Not only verbally, but with the attentiveness that they gave to my order, especially with Fran and Mel’s kindness, care and humor when they explained my possible benefits and making sure that I left with everything that I needed on a good note.
