I was trying to do an order online using a coupon but the system didn’t work. I went to the Subway store in Poinciana and I talked with Shanice and she helped me very kindly. I was mad because I couldn’t make my order online but thanks to her I was able to place my order, and she validated the coupon in the store. I really appreciate her service and kindness because she's a great employee. Thank you Shanice!
Idk who is running this place but keep it up! I stopped eating at Subway because the quality of the food and cleanliness of the locations I visited. I tried this one on a whim and wasn't disappointed. Fresh food, good service and it was clean.
Shaneisha (I apologize if i butchered the spelling) was incredibly helpful and sweet to me when buying at this subway. Her customer service made my visit a very pleasant experience :)
