Laughing at a customer when inquiring on why an order was cancelled is so unprofessional and rude. I was giving this location a chance on our way home but never again. I only am reporting due to his lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer service. If you don’t honor subway deals that’s fine but how to respond to a customer matters. Completely horrible all the way around. Over priced compared to the other subways in the area. They don't have or offer any specialty subs or the sub of the day or promotional subs or deals. Qoute. " We no have deals. What you want? " Nah im good. Went to a different one.
There’s a reason this place is empty at lunchtime. The owners are rude and cheap, and the food is a joke—barely any meat and zero quality. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Just skip this place. If you have in your mind a craving of a Subway sandwich, don't go here to get that fix. You'll be overcharged and you'll get diarrhea.
