The cashier was pleasant, the food was kinda lacking freshness, the bread was hard and dry, and they were out of napkins in the lobby and tissue in the bathroom. I noticed the floors were wet probably from them mopping so I had to be careful where I stepped. Overall, I'd eat there again.
Restaurant was closed Friday 10/10/25 at 10:30 am. No sign or explanation
I have worked in many and many restaurants, and visited many, but I have never seen a worst customer service in my entire life, at this point through the food in my face. If you don’t know who to talk to people, do not work in restaurants.
Placed an online order at 11:30 came in around 12 to pick it up. Order hadn’t even begun being made. Store wasn’t busy at all. Still took over an hour to get my sandwiches and when I finally got them, one was incorrect. I’m not one to get upset, I get that working this type of job isn’t fun but this was really frustrating.
