This location consistently forgets to add toppings and ignores instructions whenever I place a mobile order. I’ve also noticed their portion sizes are smaller than other Subway locations and that the customer service is very poor. Today makes the fourth time they’ve forgotten multiple toppings on my order.
First time visiting a Subway restaurant that was clean and had great customer service!
I placed an online order for pickup and went inside to inform the employee. Instead of a simple acknowledgment, he rudely dismissed me, telling me to “go sit and wait.” I ignored his tone and watched my sandwich being made—something I genuinely enjoy as part of the experience.
