I came in today. Food was decent but the lady that was working was sitting on the counter where the food goes sitting on her phone… not the best thing to walk into

One of the best Subway locations around. This spot on Michigan Avenue is consistently solid every time I stop by. The place is clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the staff actually takes their time making the sandwiches right instead of rushing through it. Bread is usually on point, veggies look fresh, and the subs come out exactly how you ask for them. Service is friendly and efficient, which makes a big difference. If you’re grabbing a quick sub in Dearborn, this Subway is definitely a reliable go-to.
I was so looking forward to having the festive Turkey sub. There was no stuffing on it. There was no spinach on it instead there was lettuce and tomato, which doesn’t even come close to the description. There are no sandwich artists here. The sub I received was a total mess and needless to say I went without dinner this evening. How do you work somewhere and not be able to make the food the way it’s supposed to be made? It is literally advertised what goes on it. Waste of money and food. Worst ever.
