DO NOT GO HERE, Was looking for a late night snack, Found subway. I entered and it looked like a ghost town, all the veg were empty, no chips, and only 1 person working. it took 25 mins for our turn when there was only 1 person infront of us. We asked the person if they have whatever we needed and they said “yes I have in the back”.We proceed to order 4 footlongs. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. There was only one person working on Tuesday night, and she was extremely rude. She didn’t greet anyone—not even a simple “hello” or “how can I help you?”—and her attitude toward customers was disrespectful. The sandwiches were poorly made, with ingredients thrown together incorrectly. At one point, she even asked a customer if they spoke English, which was completely inappropriate. The food is good. The service is good and fast. Quiet place.
I ordered online. The options are limited online. I always order the same 2 sandwichs and at other subway locations, they fulfil my order as needed through verbal and online notes. Never a problem. This location I did the same as I always do, and the lady proceeded to tell me she can't make the sandwich the way I get it. When I mentioned that this is the first time I'm hearing about this she called me a liar and said that other stores must not care about their food cost.
