Very clean. Food was fresh & tasty. The lady working 2nd August approx 5.30pm was super helpful and very friendly. She made my sub exactly like I asked for. I wish I knew about this store on previous trips to Orlando area.
Placed a mobile order for a 6-inch sub, scheduled for 12:30pm. When I arrived, the app said it was ready, but no mobile orders had been started. Only one staff member was working, clearly overwhelmed. A second employee arrived 15 minutes later but ignored my polite request to cancel the order due to an upcoming meeting. She insisted I cancel through the app, which directs you to call the store instead. She then said since the GM wasn’t there, I’d have to pay without getting my food. SHAY! Where are my olives!!??!! Just kidding lol but yes everything is 5 stars. I go in there at least 3 times a week and get greeted by Shay who is very sweet and as she says “everything is made with love” Shay’s love! She has a great team and yeah overall very helpful when I come in. Thanks Shay for making this store thrive. You guys have my business and everyone at my jobs lol.
