Went into this location and waited patiently in line. Once it was my turn the moron at the counter told me I would have to wait while he did an online order. I told him I am here in front of you and you are going to take care of someone not here?? He says "It's my policy to do online first since we only have 15 minutes to make the order and it came in 5 minutes ago" My response was "I have been here 10 minutes waiting for my turn. Can’t get through with phone number to even ask a simple question just an automated message telling me to go in the website to place an order or text the manager. I’ve never tried calling a place of business where they don’t actually answer the phone very inconvenient when I have a simple question and need to speak with someone
They charged my wife taxes on her sandwich. Is that legal in oregon?
Refuses to honor advertised prices. They dont let you know until you are at the register. Never going here again. Shame. File a complaint with dept of commerce for flase advertising
I like their food. My only beef is they are usually short handed during the lunch and dinner rushes. There is usually a line of 3 or more customers waiting. And the staff are visibly unhappy! Irritable snarls on their face while making your sandwiches. But i still go here and try to kill with kindness and understanding. 🙂
