****STAY AWAY! WORST SERVICE IN SHERWOOD! SHAME ON TOU SUBWAY! I can see why this Subway has such a low rating. Waited excessively long while snotty kid was doing online orders. Then when decides to help, cuts me out to help the guy that just walked in after I waited 10 mins…but then piped in when I asked a question of the girl clearly in a job difficult for her skill level. Went into this location and waited patiently in line. Once it was my turn the moron at the counter told me I would have to wait while he did an online order. I told him I am here in front of you and you are going to take care of someone not here?? He says "It's my policy to do online first since we only have 15 minutes to make the order and it came in 5 minutes ago" My response was "I have been here 10 minutes waiting for my turn. Can’t get through with phone number to even ask a simple question just an automated message telling me to go in the website to place an order or text the manager. I’ve never tried calling a place of business where they don’t actually answer the phone very inconvenient when I have a simple question and need to speak with someone
They charged my wife taxes on her sandwich. Is that legal in oregon?
