There are younger adults that work here. Most times that I pass by or come in, they are smoking weed. Sometimes they shut off their lights and sign two hours early. I ordered online and had to call in if they were closed and they claimed it was the POS system. Last time I thought the POS system is not connected to the lights or sign. This location is insufficent to me.
When I came in Henry and Bryce were the ones helping me. They were both very nice, respectful, consistent and fast. They made my visit here great!
I’ve been placing mobile orders for this location (not that I eat here very often, very rarely do) for some 2 years or maybe even more. It’s always a hit or miss. The food tastes bland and they skim on everything. The workers attitude says it all and the atmosphere is terrible. It’s one of my least favorite locations.
Ordered via app Mon Dec 2. They were closed due to plumbing issues. Guy @ location said he'd cancel transaction on their end. On Wed sent an email to customer service. It's Friday, no refund (went through, so was never "cancelled") & no response from customer service.
