Ordered 3 pizzas on Thursday 3/11/26 they did not have them. The person there told me I had to cancel the app order. That is not how it works and then I was so upset ordered from this one again by mistake instead of another location. I have yet to have them cancel the order or refund me for over $50. Subway stole my money. Did the customer care robot online never heard back from them either. Who ownes this Subway? Do you steal money from everyone or was it just me?
App order went to wrong subway. Called and they would not cancel.
Slowest subway I ever came across
I ordered a sandwich on the app. One would believe that when they finish making the sandwich. They would place it on the rack marked for order pickup. But, I guess not. The sandwich was good (not great) when I finally received it. The store was otherwise empty except for the customer being waited upon. Apparently, I genius that prepared the sandwich though it was too much trouble to place it in the proper location as you look at the picture. It was totally empty.
Five star on the lady who who made the sandwich she was very kind. However, when I got home and took a bite of the sandwich, the bread is not Subway bread. I feel like they’re using the Walmart hoagie rolls off the shelf. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. It was not what I expected or what I usually get from a regular subway that’s not in Walmart.
