I ordered a footlong sandwich for $6.99 (with coupon) and wanted water with it. He rang up $13xx). I asked why so much? He said he didn’t have fountain water but he would have to charge me $2.99 for the cup. How ridiculous!! Never will I go back there again.
We have waited here for 10 minutes and still no one here good luck if u come here.
Worst customer service ever. Just came out of this subway, The lady there makes you feel like throwing up whatever you eat at this place. Her attitude is disgusting.
I called to ask if there were hiring. The guy on the phone was very rude and swore at me, then hung up! I will not be going to that location anytime soon, if ever.
Wasn’t expecting much from a Wal-Mart Subway but the customer service here was excellent. The lady taking our orders took all four of our orders, patiently made them all and heated up the extra food with nothing but courtesy and politeness. Here at 11:45 on May 1st. This lady needs a raise.
