Terrible experience yesterday evening. Tried ordering online through the app and website since 8:45 PM but kept getting errors. Arrived physically at 9:15 PM to find the gate closed. The worker still inside admitted he closed early just to clean. It all makes sense now. He clearly shut down the online ordering system early too just so he could leave by 10 PM. If a store says open until 10 PM, it needs to be open until 10 PM and the cleaning needs to be done afterwards. Stop turning away customers. I went then to another loca... read more
Hours say until 10pm but when I got there short after 9, the store was closed and a guy cleaning the store. Obviously he wanted to be out at 10pm instead of working till 10pm. Horrible.
This subway does not open at 8. They are in there but won’t open on time.
This place sucks is the best way I can express it. I look around at things when I am waiting for my order and is not CLEAN. I asked if I could use my App for footlongs she said NO very BRASHLY. So I ordered a Italian BMT bread was smashed, and I think she had to work EXTREMELY hard to put as little of lettuce as she could. Must be hurting on money.
