Went for lunch and was surprisingly slow I thought for it being almost noon. Sandwich was great as always, girls were both fast and courteous. Will be back again for lunch!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We got to the maple grove location at 9:25 and the worker inside has his family members inside and informed us that they were closed… the sign outside said 10:00 pm every day and online it also says 10:00 pm. I am beyond annoyed as the guy was not friendly and very unprofessional having his family sit inside and watch him clean as he closed an hour early. If you’re going to claim you’re “closed” fix your sign and website! Unfair to customers who drive there to get kicked out.
Friday, 11/22/24 5PM - Employee #1 was filling orders w/ patience & professionalism including online orders. Employee #2 was in the kitchen behind the wall, clanging pans. Please have a chat w/ employee #2 or he shouldn't be working at Subway.
Crap manager lol, she throws tantrums over people asking for a different type of bread. I feel bad that she isn't in therapy to work on her anger management issues. :)
