I ordered footlong with special instructions to add extra vegetables to make it fulfilling one. However instructions were not followed. They still made lighter one.
They need to learn how to talk with the customer and teach them how to provide customer service.. like they like you argue just for no reason… and didn’t make the order the way i want.. like it’s gonna take 10 seconds to toast the subway… the worst ever please in brantford i would not like to come again in this place… learn and read how to do customer service and make them happy
We did a fairly large order for work and some subs were made with wrong names on them so when we took them home not knowing and most were supposed to be vegetarian and had meat on them we brought back one showed pictures and they refused to fixed them.
