Ordered a piri piri “salad” bowl except it had barely the essence of vegetables, asides from the two soggy spinach leaves. Barely any chicken. And a slice of cheese. Was told my only option is to return to their location for an exchange because they cant make a new one without the old one (lol what). Then she proceeded to tell me that’s Subway policy all while i can hear the employee in the back who made the “salad” basically saying I’m lying. Worst service! I order through app, give instructions on how I wanted the order to be prepared. They dont care on how it it mentioned in the instructions, less vegetables, not grilled . At least read the instructions. Bread was hard as rock. Please prepare the order properly.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Always out of stock and produce that is there is frozen. We now go to another Subway in town due to one very ignorant employee.
What a horrible experience i ordered 2 subway the taste was too bad i never have the subway which taste like this the aunty who is working now 3pm date 19 march special message to owner change the staff otherwise you will loss your customer because from now i never visited your subway thanks🙌 the breed wadd fully stale and no sauce which i mentioned nothing awful experience
