Horrible experience. We actually walked out mid-order. The staff seemed like zombies, and the one in charge was especially rude. Update: I called to talk to a manager and the manager was just as rude. If I was the owner of this place, I would be embarrassed!

Great Staff, Broken System I want to start by giving a massive shout-out to the young man working alone at 5 PM on April 2, 2026. He was drowning in a lobby full of people, yet he stayed professional, kept the prep area clean, and handled frustrated customers with incredible grace. Went on my lunch break ordering for a bunch of our coworkers, we got there and the guy (wearing a bun with no hair net, didn’t have a badge visible because he was in a jacket) seemed to be in a bad mood never even looked up just “what bread” “what cheese” .
