I don’t know who the manager is but they are hiring the wrong people. Everyone there has HORRIBLE customer service. I always give them another try and it seems to be getting worse and worse. I will never go back to this location.
Best Subway in New Braunfels!!!
Several times order online because it’s closer to us to drop off food to a school and either they ran out of something and didn’t mention that or I get there and the order is made incorrectly. I don’t know what it is about the subway, but it is not the best in town. I would literally go to a different subway. That’s a little further down and order there.
Great food great staff good prices.
Staff can’t read I guess. Do not place an order online. They cannot read the ticket and the Lu make whatever sandwich they want. THEN have no idea how to give you a refund. I completely lost my appetite for Subway and wanted to take my business elsewhere but the girl was trying to Google it I guess. TRAIN YOUR STAFF.
