Great deal and excellent service! The staff was incredibly patient while taking our order, and we were pleasantly surprised by their attentiveness. It was an extra bonus that they could also speak Spanish, which made the experience even better.
Picked up an uber eats order. first, the older lady who was at the front immediately started being passive aggressive. she told me what to sign, proceeding to explain that i needed my drivers license. i asked her to clarify it, and she had an attitude “yup!! no license no product” in a condescending and aggressive tone. she continued to tell her co worker, “how else can i explain it to people, no license no product, it’s that simple.” laughing and being disrespectful. i never made a big deal about it, i just asked her “oh my... read more
We made a mobile order around 8:00 p.m. with 10 sandwiches. We went to pick them up and there was only 1 gentleman working and he had them all ready and perfectly made. He was very polite and made our experience so awesome. He mentioned he was swamped and there was 4 other people in the lobby at that time, yet he still did a fantastic job and had a great attitude. I’m confused about the reviews. This subway is always clean, the servers are quick and friendly, and the food is fresh. Compared to other subways, this one is a dream. You can tell they take pride in their service
