Hands down the best location New Braunfels to Seguin. Always fresh, clean and the staff is amazing!!!! I always come mornings or before 2pm, I'm pregnant and my pregnancy has me craving Subway almost everyday for the past 6 months and the personnel have not failed me once . The touch ordering screen needs to be fixed for the pick up orders and even with that set back they are amazing
I had a wonderful experience here at the Subway. I mentioned I wanted to do the BoGo footlong offer. He told me to do it in the app, which was super easy. When I mentioned, I was going to eat them separately, he wrapped them separately. I was so pleased with the above and beyond customer service.
Stale or Over Cooked bread. They don't accept coupons because they are a franchise & wouldn't let me pick my veggies or make my sandwich with my preference of sauces. Sandwich was dry and not to be desired. NOT a Subway like any other Subway. Awful.
Liz was so friendly and happy! Made our subs so quickly and pizza! Everything was so good!
