Door was locked 12 minutes before closing time. The employee was preparing a sandwich for himself it seemed. The owner lost money for 4 footlong subs tonight lol

Worker is nice but can someone please change the music playlist, it’s hard rock and makes my head hurt when I’m trying to eat. I have a headache, can the manager please change it to pop music please? Thank you
